Selecting a Realtor to assist in the largest sale a person is likely to have is a critical part of the condo selling process. In challenging economic times when competition among real estate agents and companies is on the rise, choosing the agent that's best for you can be a confusing task.
I recommend sellers start by interviewing several real estate agents to find a person that makes you comfortable and one you can connect with. Then consider the length of time an agent has been in the real estate business and his or her sales success rate and knowledge of the local market. Do they have references they can share from past clients? References often let you gain additional insight into the day to day work ethics of that agent. Gathering references will make sure that you pick the best real estate agent for your needs.
